1800 Numbers
All charges as per above 1300 Number rates, with the exception that there are no free minutes on local calls.
What is a 1300 Number?
A 1300 Number is like a 'virtual number' that when dialled the caller is immediately diverted to your fixed line or mobile number or answer service. The 1300 number allows your clients and prospective customers to call you for the price of a local call.
What is a 1800 Number?
A 1800 Number allows your clients and prospective customers to call you free of charge from a fixed line. Your call charges can vary depending on caller location and answer point. Similar to a 1300 number you can receive these calls to a fixed line, mobile phone or answer service.
I just need a 1300 Number what do I do now?
Go to our 'How to Join" and 'Forms' pages, then complete
the requested information.
Your new 1300 Number will be
provisioned usually within 24hours. You will receive your detailed Ugly bill via email near the start of each month and only the amount shown will be debited mid month from your nominated bank or credit card.
What about set up costs and those contracts?
There are NO SET UP COSTS and NO CONTRACTS.
