Calls to fixed lines 24 cents per 60 seconds billed by the second

I need a New Mobile Number?
No problem, just select this option in our 'Form's page" and we will issue you with a new sim card and ugly mobile number.
I want to keep my current Mobile Number?
Sure, provide the required information on our 'Forms' page, including your current number, carrier and account number and we will have it ported over.
How do I view my bill?
You will receive your detailed Ugly bill via email near the start of each month and only the amount shown will be debited mid month from your nominated bank or credit card.
Why can I only pay by Direct Debit?
We only accept Direct Debit, because it allows our business to operate with minimal accounts staff, therefore reducing overheads and making it possible to give you the lowest rates possible.
I need a new mobile phone?
Sorry, not yet available but we're working on getting the right products. Watch this space !
How do I join?
If really Ugly savings are what you need, please read our 'How 2 Join' page, which describes what happens next. Then simply complete the details required in our 'Forms' page, click send and we will do the rest.
Question - What about Free Stuff !!
Sorry there's no free stuff, we'd rather you save money and pay for what you use, with cheap rates that are billed by the second. Now that's just the Ugly way !
