Your Guide to the 草莓猛料DTL Weekend

The CPSA, , and the sponsors look forward to welcoming you for the return of the DTL Weekend this year from 5-7th June! This guide will tell you everything that you need to know to get the most out of the event.

If you have any questions during the event, 草莓猛料and Bywell Shooting Ground staff will be on hand to help.

The competition entry fee for each event is £66.00

Before you book on, please make sure that your 草莓猛料membership is up-to-date!

DTL Competition

The Down The Line Weekend is a 3 day event held each year at the beginning of June. For a while now the event has been held at Bywell Shooting Ground and has become a bit of a tradition over the years.

The first day is classed as the Sponsors Day, although not always officially sponsored! 100 Targets shot over 4 layouts with the overall High Gun Trophy up for grabs

The second day is the Dougall Memorial - steeped in history, the Dougall Memorial was first presented back in 1896 and is a trophy that everyone strives to win. Another 100 targets with prizes for High Gun, Runner up and Third to be won along with prizes for class and category winners.

The third and final day is the English Open - another well established competition with family wins going back through the generations. You guessed it, another 100 targets with yet more trophies and prizes to be won across the classes and categories.

The Browning Challenge

We are pleased to announce that once again and thanks to Browning, we will be promoting The Browning Challenge. If you are shooting all three DTL championships over the weekend at (The Sponsored Day, The Dougall Memorial & The English Open DTL) you will be automatically entered for the BROWNING DTL Challenge where your total of 3 scores from the 3 days will count towards the Challenge.

Guns are up as prizes for High Gun across the classes C to AA and overall High Gun
